The Simonton can be installed at around 420 per window. If for some reason you decide to buy their product and want to cancel good luck with that. They say they are sending out a currier with the paper work for you to sign its just another rep to try and get you not to sign. Ask one of their reps what they pay for the windows they use, its about $130.00 per window. Also they will tell you their installers are all Power employees they are not they are subcontractors.
The six person crew stripped off the old roof, resheathed it, and completed a quality shingling job in one day (~8AM - ~6PM) completing the work in the dark. I went with them again for new soffits and gutters. The project manager assured me that the workers would take out old electric, that was no longer connected, out. They started to cover it up with the soffits. There was rotted wood under the soffits that the workers would not replace.
He was polite and courteous as well as enthusiastic about the company itself. Then we had install day and everyone was professional and cleaned up after themselves very well with no damage to the home. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. When the door was canceled due to delay, they refunded me only $5k. They saif the sell might did some round up, blah blah. It does not make sense but I have no way to fight them. The document that I got only had the final number, not the detail price for each item. Excellent service and product; the delivery of specialty-size products was a little slow but completely worth the wait.
